Small groups are important to the ministry of RLC as it helps people form connections by drawing groups together around shared interests. These groups can be formed by anyone with the willingness to organize them.  It is done in conversation with the pastor, are open to all, and are structured to include devotions with each gathering and at least one group volunteer event in the course of a year.  Examples of interests we have formed small groups around have included hobbies like photography, TV shows like Survivor, dinner groups, a theater group, book clubs, and dartball teams.
